设置-项目设置-
当不使用用本地连接时
需要去微信公众平台 左边栏的设置里面去配置里面的域名信息
后端代码只有这一点
到这里就已经解决了不是request合法域名问题
现在出来这个问题 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

步骤
在菜单栏里面点击：设置 - 代理设置-下图
如果不行就 重启编辑器，还不行重启电脑，还还不行放弃小程序喽。
